Towards the end of your course, we will send you an email asking for your course evaluation.
Clicking on the link in the email will take you directly to the online course evaluation form.
What does the course evaluation cover?
The evaluation form has 4 sections, and depending on how much you decide to write, it can take roughly 3 minutes.
Section 1 - this section is about your learning experience on the course. Your teacher will see an anonymised summary of this section.
Section 2 - this section is about your motivations to do the course, what you learned on the course and what you plan to do next.
Section 3 - this is an optional course review which would be published on the City Lit website.
Section 4 - is about your overall City Lit experience, giving you a chance to give feedback about the building, our services etc.
If you have not given City Lit an email address
Please consider giving us your email address. If you do not want to get any marketing information from us, you can opt out of this.
We will email you if we need to tell you something urgent about your course, for example if your tutor is unwell.

If your request is simple and in policy, you'll get your refund faster - usually straight away and always within 48 hours.
You can always leave us feedback about any aspect of your experience at City Lit. Use our Get in Touch online form, complete a Get in Touch paper form or by send a letter to City Lit, Keeley Street, London, WC2B 4BA.
