How will classes take place online?
Your live online sessions will take place using Zoom.
Some courses also use Google Classroom, an online learning platform where tutors can put course resources and communicate with their students.

What information will you receive before your class starts?
City Lit will send you two reminder emails with more details about your online course. We will send these three days before your course starts and one day before your course starts.
If you enrol on the day your course starts, you will receive an email shortly after you enrol.
If your course will use Google Classroom, the reminder email will include information about how to join.
If your live session will take place in Zoom, you will receive a separate email with a link and password for your Zoom session about 3 hours before each session starts. You will have a different link and password for each session of your course.
Please make sure you check your email, including your Spam/Junk folders.
We recommend that you read the guidance available on these pages before your first session.
How do I access my sessions?
Live session using Zoom
You do not need an account to join the live session in Zoom.
We will email you the Zoom session link and password about 3 hours before each session.
Each session of your course will have a unique link and password.

To access your Google Classroom you will need to log in using your City Lit student account. Detailed instructions are available on this Logging in to Google Classroom page.
