When I enrolled, I received an email about my new City Lit account. Can I use that account to log in to Google Classroom?
No. The My City Lit and your City Lit students accounts are not the same.
My City Lit account allows you to be on our mailing list, enrol online, request refunds online and amend your personal details. You log into the My City Lit account using your personal email address. This account is not linked to City Lit's educational platform.
The City Lit student account helps you join your class online. We create this account for you when you enrol on your first City Lit course. To access Google Classroom you will need to login using your City Lit student account. You can see step by step instruction with images on the Welcome to your City Lit student IT account page.
I haven’t received any information about how to join the class
You should receive a course reminder email with joining instructions three days before the course starts and a day before your course starts, or your tutor should contact you with joining instructions.
If you enrol on the same as the course start date, you will receive an email shortly after you enrol.
If you cannot find any emails with joining instructions and don't know how to join your class, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find information from us, please contact Digital Learning:

How do I access my online sessions?
Live session using Zoom
You do not need an account to join the live session in Zoom.
We will email you the Zoom session link and password about 3 hours before each session.
Each session of your course will have a unique link and password.
You can find more information about Zoom on this Zoom - basics with video page.
To access your Google Classroom you will need to log in using your City Lit student account. Detailed instructions are available on the Welcome to your City Lit student IT account page.
I already have a Hotmail/Outlook/Google account, and I don't know how to log into my City Lit student account.
Please see our Troubleshooting pages to help you manage multiple accounts.
