Info

We try to support as many students as possible but support cannot be guaranteed.

Please watch this video for more information about the Access, Inclusion a& Support Team (AIS).

Deaf students Hard of hearing students

We can provide the following support:

  • In-class support - Communication Support Workers (CSWs) and Notetakers (online and in the classroom)
  • BSL or SSE support
  • Online or face to face courses
  • Course advice
  • Information in BSL, SSE or English

To apply for CSW or notetaking support, please contact us at least 3-4 weeks before the course starts. We can book a video call to discuss your access and support needs. If a similar course is provided as part of the programme for Deaf learners, we will not be able to provide communication support.
