If you paid for your course with a combination of payment methods e.g. Gift Voucher, instalment plan, City Lit Bursary and/or Store Credit your refund will be processed within 10 days.

If you have been awarded and bursary or grant, this money cannot be refunded to you.

If we are unable to refund you back to your payment card or City Lit credit we will refund you via cheque, refunds via cheque will be processed within 30 days.

We regret that we cannot accept liability for an inability to provide courses where these are affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example, industrial action, public transport disruptions or severe weather.
