Bringing people together through learning means making sure that everyone has a fair opportunity to participate, succeed and feel truly valued.
Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Annual Report shares the progress City Lit made between May 2025 and April 2026. It outlines how we are improving accessibility, supporting inclusive classrooms, strengthening our response to discrimination and taking action on racial inequality. It shares evidence of progress, examples of changes across the college and the areas where more work is needed.
We know that inclusion requires continuous and committed action. The report is honest about the work that is not yet finished and explains what we will focus on during 2026–27. The report is also part of how we publish equality information and show our progress under the Public Sector Equality Duty.
