If you are new to online learning it may be difficult to know if you have the right IT skills to participate fully in online classes.

 In-person support

Come to the Student Centre and Library (on the Mezzanine floor in our main building on Keeley street) Monday to Friday 10:30am to 5:30pm.

Outside of these times please speak to the Student Centre staff who can call someone down to meet you.

 screen shots of any error messages
 the number of the section and step where you had a problem (e.g. Section 1: Step 3)
 the device you are using (e.g. laptop, mobile, tablet)
 the web browser you are using (e.g Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge)
