Technical requirements

Before your online class starts, test out your technology and make sure you have up to date software.
Here are our recommendations to get your started.

Browser Windows Mac OS Audio and video
Make sure you have the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge browser installed on your computer, laptop or other device.

Please be aware that Internet Explorer does not support Google Meet.

 In-person support

Come to the Student Centre and Library (on the Mezzanine floor in our main building on Keeley street) Monday to Friday 10:30am to 5:30pm.

Outside of these times please speak to the Student Centre staff who can call someone down to meet you.

Please make sure that you read through these instructions and follow all the steps carefully.
If you have any problems and need help at any stage, please contact us and include the following information:

 screen shots of any error messages
 the number of the section and step where you had a problem (e.g. Section 1: Step 3)
 the device you are using (e.g. laptop, mobile, tablet)
 the web browser you are using (e.g Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge)
